Q. Have there been any studies to demonstrate the effectiveness of penis traction devices like the Male Edge? Geert, 33, Holland
A. Hi Geert, thanks for your
question. In the last 15 years, there have been numerous medical
studies into the efficacy of traction-based penis enlargers. These
studies have shown that these devices increase both length and girth in
all men who use them.
Back in 1998, one such study was
carried out on the Jes-Extender -
the world's first enlargement product of this nature. The study, titled
'Traction Elongation of the Penis by Means of Stretching', involved 18
healthy men aged between 20 and 50. After 8 weeks, the subjects had
gained an average of 17% in length. After 24 weeks, they had increased
in length by an average of 29%. The Jes-Extender is produced by
DanaMedic, the same company that manufactures the Male Edge, and it
relies on an identical mechanism to increase penis size.
